Successful installation depends on more than the advertised floor dimensions. Check all three measurements before booking:

  • Bouncy castle size: 11ft wide x 15ft long
  • Required operating area: 14ft wide x 18ft long
  • Approximate height: 9ft 4in

The 14ft x 18ft space must be completely clear. Allow room for the entrance mat, blower and anchoring system rather than measuring only the inflatable itself. Garden furniture, flower beds, sheds and narrow paths cannot form part of the usable area.

A Practical Choice for Hall Parties

The relatively low height allows this bouncy castle to fit inside many local halls, but suitability should never be assumed. Measure beneath the lowest beam, light fitting, heater, ceiling fan or suspended decoration. The room must also provide the full clear floor area and an accessible route for the equipment.

We will position and secure the bouncy castle before carrying out the necessary setup checks. Tell us the surface type accurately when booking because the correct installation method depends on whether the event is indoors or outdoors.

Choose the Power Option Before Delivery

The electric blower normally connects to a standard socket in the house, garage or venue. We bring a suitable extension cable, but it cannot cover a route longer than 50 metres.

If the proposed position is farther from electricity, additional power equipment must be arranged in advance. A petrol blower may be suitable for one compatible bouncy castle. The 6kva diesel generator may be considered when a booking contains several inflatables or requires multiple electric blowers.

How the Hire Day Works

Before delivery, clear the installation area and ensure the driver can reach it without obstructions. The same driver will ordinarily deliver and collect the bouncy castle, with payment made in cash upon delivery.

Once the bouncy castle has been installed, it remains under the customer’s supervision. An attendant is not included. A responsible adult must watch the equipment continuously, manage the number and relative sizes of children using it and keep shoes, food, drinks and sharp objects outside.

Before collection:

  • Remove toys and personal belongings
  • Check that nothing has been attached to the walls
  • Keep children away from the blower and anchoring equipment
  • Leave the bouncy castle inflated unless instructed otherwise

Our driver will deflate and remove the equipment at the end of the agreed hire period.

Rain Requires a Pause in Play

If a shower begins, ask every child to leave the bouncy castle. Follow the electrical protection instructions provided during setup and do not touch plugs, cables or the blower with wet hands.

When weather conditions remain suitable, leaving the bouncy castle inflated can help water drain from its surfaces rather than collecting inside folded material. Once the rain stops, wipe the bouncing bed, entrance and safety mats with an old towel.

Children must not resume play until the surfaces are suitably dry. Heavy rain or strong wind means the bouncy castle must remain out of use, with the guidance from our team followed carefully.
