Six: Begin With the Children Attending
The intended users should guide the booking before colour or theme is considered. A small party for preschool children requires a different inflatable from a school event attended by older children. Check the user guidance on the individual listing and avoid mixing children whose size or style of play is unsuitable for the same session.

A General Birthday Theme
General party designs are useful for shared birthdays and events where children have varied interests. The Balloon Fun Party Castle has colourful celebration artwork, while the Super Party Bouncer Bouncy Castle offers another versatile 12ft by 15ft option.

Three: Check Power and Weather Arrangements
Each standard setup includes an electric blower and safety mats. A suitable plug socket is required within close proximity of the castle. If mains electricity is unavailable, we can supply the Diesel Generator – 6kva or Petrol Blowers for an additional charge.
Let us know before the event if the nearest usable socket is more than 50 metres from the proposed installation position. Our team may need to bring different extension cables or arrange alternative power.
Most castles have an attached shower and sun cover, offering some protection from light rain and sunshine. A cover does not make an inflatable suitable for all weather. Use must stop during heavy rain or strong winds.
If light or moderate rain begins after setup, follow the instructions provided by our team. Keeping the castle inflated can allow water to drain and help the surface dry, provided the conditions remain safe. Never continue bouncing when the surface has become unsuitable.
Two: Check Availability and Book Online
The online booking system allows you to reserve a castle without waiting for the office to open:
- Select the picture of your preferred inflatable.
- Choose “Book Online” or “Check Availability”.
- Select the required event date.
- Enter your postcode when prompted.
- Complete the booking form with the venue and party details.
- Check your email for confirmation.
Include the time your event begins so that our team can plan the delivery schedule. Payment is made in cash to the driver upon delivery rather than through the website.
If you need to cancel or amend a booking, tell us as early as possible. When heavy rain affects the event, you can cancel before delivery without charge. M&C may also need to cancel if wind or rain would make installation or use unsafe.
One: We Deliver and Prepare the Castle
On the event day, an experienced member of our team brings the castle, electric blower and safety mats. We erect and secure the inflatable, complete a full safety inspection and explain the operating instructions to the responsible adult.
Continuous adult supervision is required after handover. Shoes, food, drinks and party poppers must remain off the castle. User numbers and age guidance must be followed throughout the hire. When the event is finished, we return to deflate and remove the equipment.
