What Happens When We Deliver?
Our service includes more than transporting the inflatable to the venue. When we arrive, our team will position the equipment in the agreed location, connect the blower, lay the required safety mats and secure the inflatable using equipment appropriate for the booked surface.
We then inspect the completed installation and explain the main operating requirements to the responsible person. At the end of the hire, we return to deflate and collect the equipment.
Customers do not need to supply an inflatable blower, safety mats or standard installation equipment. They do need to provide a suitable site, clear access and an appropriate electricity supply unless an alternative power arrangement has been agreed.
Cleanliness, Maintenance and Safety
We take pride in the condition and presentation of our hire equipment. Our inflatables are cleaned, maintained and inspected as part of our working process, with the relevant testing arranged as required.
M&C Bouncy Castle Hire carries £5 million public liability insurance and is a member of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance. Our experienced team is responsible for installing and securing the equipment before use.

Indoor Bouncy Castle Hire
Many of our bouncy castles can be used inside halls and other suitable venues. Indoor hire is particularly useful during autumn and winter, but the room must provide enough floor space and ceiling clearance for the chosen equipment.
Customers should measure beneath the lowest light, beam, heater or hanging fixture, rather than relying only on the venue’s advertised ceiling height. Our Local Venues page includes several places where we have previously installed inflatables, although current dimensions must always be confirmed directly with the venue.
Outdoor Hire and Power Requirements
Outdoor installations require level, accessible ground and a suitable method of securing the inflatable. The exact requirements depend on the equipment and surface, so accurate information should be provided when booking.
Most blowers connect to a standard electric socket using an appropriate extension cable supplied by us. The socket normally needs to be within 50 metres of the setup position.
For events in fields, substantial gardens and other locations without nearby mains electricity, we may be able to supply a diesel generator or petrol blower at an additional cost. The suitable option depends on the inflatable and the number of units in the booking.
Weather decisions must follow the guidance provided at delivery. Inflatables must not be used when rain, wind or other conditions make operation unsafe. More detailed weather guidance is available in our FAQs.

Delivery and setup are free throughout Huddersfield. We can also provide reasonably priced delivery to other locations, depending on the event address and booking.
