A standard bouncy castle keeps the activity within one main bouncing area. This combination design adds a slide at the front, giving children a simple route through the inflatable: enter, bounce and finish with a slide back towards the supervising adult.

Adding balls for ball pools introduces another type of play. The balls must be ordered separately and collected back inside the inflatable before our team arrives to remove the equipment.

The front slide keeps the overall width to 12ft, making this combination worth considering for a long, relatively narrow garden. However, the complete installation needs substantially more room than the inflatable dimensions alone suggest.

The required clear area is 14ft wide x 25ft long. This allows room for:

• Clear access for users and supervision

Measure the narrowest part of the proposed area. A garden that is 14ft wide at the house but narrows beside a shed, hedge or border may not provide the complete space required.

An 11ft-High Indoor Option

The Superheroes Bouncy Castle and Slide can be installed inside a suitably large hall. The room must provide at least 14ft x 25ft of clear floor space, plus adequate clearance above its 11ft height.

Measure beneath the lowest beam, light, heater or hanging fitting. The prominent three-dimensional feature on the roof must not touch any part of the building.

If our team cannot complete the installation because the ceiling height or floor area was not checked correctly, the hire charge will remain payable. Our local indoor venues guide may help when comparing possible halls, but current dimensions must be confirmed before booking.

Suitable for Children Up to 14

This bouncy castle and slide is designed for children aged 14 and under. Adults must not use it, including to accompany children or take photographs inside.

A responsible adult should supervise from outside, organise compatible groups and keep the landing area clear. Children must slide feet first and one at a time, following the instructions supplied during delivery.

Weather Cover for Outdoor Bookings

The fitted cover provides shade during bright weather and some protection from a brief light shower. It does not make the inflatable suitable for use during unsafe weather.

Children must leave if the bouncing surface, steps or slide become wet. The slide requires particular attention because moisture can make it slippery. Follow the wet-weather guidance given by our team and do not resume play until every relevant surface has been dried.

What Is Included?

The hire includes an electric blower, safety mats and suitable anchoring equipment for the approved surface. Our team will deliver, install and check the bouncy castle and slide before handing it over to the responsible adult.

An attendant and ball-pool balls are not included unless they are specifically added to the order.

Important Information Before Booking

The blower requires a standard electric socket within 50 metres. A remote venue may require a compatible petrol blower or 6kva diesel generator at an additional cost.

Overnight hire is only possible when the equipment will remain in an appropriately secure location. We may contact you to amend the booking if the address or proposed setup does not meet the overnight-hire requirements.
